During Black Friday, Old Navy\u2019s across the nation began raising money to give back to those who were affected by Hurricane Harvey. Shoppers who chose to purchase socks from Old Navy\u2019s Cozy Socks Fundraiser helped fund $100 for each child to get a new wardrobe.<\/p>\n<p>Many of the children are a part the Boys and Girls club afterschool program. The afterschool program provides a safe, drug-free environment for children to study, play, and hang out while parents might still be at work. Since some of the parents might not be available, Old Navy and the Boys and Girls Club reached out to local community partners like Etech to help the boys and girls shop for essentials.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is an honor to be able to assist these children and the Boys &amp; Girls Club in general,\u201d says Matt Rocco, Etech\u2019s President and General Manager. \u201cEtech has been blessed in many ways. Our Etech leaders are passionate about giving back to their communities especially those children coming from economically disadvantaged families. Our leaders embrace the truth \u201cto who much is given, much is expected\u201d.
