The CCW *Fall* 2017 event held at the Horseshoe Bay Resort in Austin Texas gave Etech an opportunity to teach a workshop on \u201cMachine Learning and Artificial Intelligence \u2013 Moving CX Forward\u201d. Many of the workshop attendees, left with a fresh understanding that AI does not replace human efforts; rather it complements the analysis of customer interaction through quality monitoring and is incomplete without the \u2018human touch\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Few of the workshop\u2019s attendee\u2019s favorite takeaways were:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evolution of Customers with Technology<\/li>\n<li>What is the need to enhance CX<\/li>\n<li>AI complements the Quality Monitoring<\/li>\n<li>What AI and Humans can do<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u201cEtech has always been welcomed at Contact Center Week with open arms.
