Serving as a call center for the upcoming Hurricane Relief Benefit<\/i><\/p>\n

Nacogdoches, TX \u2013 September 11, 2017\u00a0– <\/b>Etech is honored to be able to participate in the upcoming Hand in Hand telethon. This event will raise funds to help those affected by the devastation caused by Hurricane Harvey. Etech\u2019s centers in Nacogdoches and Lufkin will be answering calls and taking pledges from the televised live event.<\/p>\n

“We are excited to join forces with fellow Texans and celebrities such as Beyonce, George Strait and Matthew McConaughey.\u00a0 Etech team members have volunteered to put in extra hours to be available to participate in the telethon. \u00a0Texans helping Texans \u2026 it does not get much better than that.”\u00a0<\/i>– Etech President, Matt Rocco.<\/span><\/p>\n

Proceeds from the event will benefit United Way of Greater Houston, Habitat for Humanity, Save the Children, Direct Relief,\u00a0Feeding Texas and\u00a0The Mayor’s Fund for Hurricane Harvey Relief (administered by the Greater Houston Community Fund) through the Hand in Hand Hurricane Relief Fund managed by Comic Relief USA.<\/p>\n

The broadcast will feature appearances, performances, taped tributes and messages from some of the nation\u2019s biggest stars, including George Clooney, Jamie Foxx, Beyonc\u00e9, Matthew McConaughey, Julia Roberts, Kelly Rowland,\u00a0Ryan Seacrest, Michael Strahan, Blake Shelton, Barbra Streisand, Oprah Winfrey and Reese Witherspoon and many more. George Strait will\u00a0perform\u00a0directly from his benefit concert at San Antonio\u2019s Majestic Theatre. The event will be broadcast September 12th on major networks such as CMT, ABC, CBS, FOX and NBC at 7pm central time.<\/p>\n
