Nacogdoches \u2014 Etech is a leading provider of intelligent sales, service and technology solutions specializing in inbound and outbound voice and live chat, announced it has hired David Carrizales, a veteran in the call center and marketing industry. Carrizales has been named Director of Operations for the Nacogdoches center location.<\/p>\n

Carrizales responsibilities include determines call center operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning, and cost\/benefit analyses; identifying and evaluating operations state-of-the-art technologies; defining user requirements; production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; contributing information and analysis to organizational strategic plans and reviews.<\/p>\n

David returns to Nacogdoches, with over 14 years of advertising, marketing and call center experience which began in Nacogdoches in 2000 with Berry Direct. \u00a0David started his career as a telephone sales representative. \u00a0Since that time, David continued to progress through the ranks in various roles including Inside\/Outside Sales, Training, Project Manager, Team Leader, Area Sales Manager, Operations Manager and most recently General Manager with a career spanning over 5 states with Bellsouth, AT&T and recently YP Holdings. \u00a0David has enjoyed the opportunity to work in multiple media platforms including Print, Digital, SEM, SEO, Direct Mail and Mobile with large scale revenue and high capacity call centers.<\/p>\n

David is a native Texan and a graduate from Southwestern Texas State University, in San Marcos, Texas. When not working, David enjoys playing golf, writing for his personal website and spending quality time with his wife and children.<\/p>\n
