And\u00a0here\u2019s\u00a0what\u00a0I\u2019ve\u00a0learned: that courage matters most during seasons of uncertainty\u2014like the one many organizations are navigating right now.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In life, we often wait for clarity before we act. We want the full picture, the complete strategy, the\u00a0guaranteed outcome. But in leadership, it usually works the other way around.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Clarity is the reward, not the requirement.<\/span><\/i>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Strategy rarely shows up fully formed on day one. What comes first is an invitation to take the next step without the full map in hand. Readiness\u00a0isn\u2019t\u00a0something you achieve in a planning session\u2014it\u2019s\u00a0built in motion. If you wait until you feel fully prepared,\u00a0you\u2019ll\u00a0often wait right past the moment the opportunity was meant for you.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Momentum\u00a0isn\u2019t\u00a0created by certainty. Momentum is created by courage.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As you head into your weekend, I want to leave you with three truths that have shaped how I think about leadership<\/a>, action, and the courage\u00a0required\u00a0to make a difference. These\u00a0aren\u2019t\u00a0just ideas\u2014they\u2019re\u00a0principles\u00a0I\u2019ve\u00a0seen play out\u00a0again and again\u00a0in the lives of leaders who move forward when others stand still.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Clarity Follows Courage<\/span><\/h2>\n

Clarity is a reward for obedience, not a prerequisite.<\/span><\/i>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Most breakthroughs\u00a0don\u2019t\u00a0begin with perfect understanding\u2014they begin with a decision. The leaders who make real progress are willing to move forward based on values, instincts, and conviction, even when all the answers\u00a0aren\u2019t\u00a0clear.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Think about it:\u00a0<\/span><\/b>When was the last time you stepped into a new role, launched a new initiative, or had a difficult conversation? You\u00a0didn\u2019t\u00a0have total clarity going in. But once you moved, the path began to reveal itself. Each step forward brought new insight. 3. Steps Open Doors<\/span><\/h2>\n

Doors respond to movement, not understanding.<\/span><\/i>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Opportunities\u00a0don\u2019t\u00a0swing open for people who stand still trying to analyze every variable. They open for those who take the first step in faith and discipline\u2014those who have the courage to\u00a0prepare\u00a0their fields knowing the rain is coming.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Here\u2019s\u00a0what I know from decades of leadership and from building\u00a0Etech<\/a>\u00a0alongside incredible people: clarity\u00a0doesn\u2019t\u00a0come to those who wait. It comes to those who move. Readiness\u00a0isn\u2019t\u00a0a feeling you achieve before you start\u2014it\u2019s\u00a0a strength you build along the way. And the most remarkable doors\u00a0don\u2019t\u00a0open for those who have everything figured out. They\u00a0open\u00a0for\u00a0those with the courage to act.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
