In this podcast, Etech’s Kaylene Eckels, a football fanatic describes the importance of \u2018playing your position\u2019 on the team and how she grew into her present executive role of a 3000 person multi-national company. Kaylene started at the call center answering phones and has held every position along the way – Director of Operations, AVP Global Operations, Vice President of Global Operations, and since February 2017, has served as Chief Operations Officer of Etech Global.<\/p>\n
Her call room experience taught her the power of listening at a very young age and then asking questions to become a coach.
